These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Tour Expense and other apps in The TM Toolkit suite (the "Service"), operated by Jay Wright ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create a tour-manager account. Crew members submitting expenses via a tour-specific link do so at the direction of, and under the authorization of, their tour manager.
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
The Service uses AI-powered image analysis to help auto-fill expense details from receipt photos. This is a convenience feature — it can make mistakes. You're responsible for reviewing and correcting scanned amounts, vendors, and categories before approving or exporting an expense report.
You retain ownership of the receipts, expense data, and other content you submit ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely to provide the Service — including sending it to our AI and infrastructure providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any content you upload, and that it doesn't violate any law or third party's rights.
You agree not to:
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though you may request a copy of or the deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-assisted scanning results will always be accurate. You're responsible for verifying expense data before relying on it for accounting, tax, or reimbursement purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits, lost data, or reimbursement disputes. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
